02 /TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSE

I develop agentic systems: software in which AI uses tools to complete several steps of a task. I connect those steps to business data and applications, and work on checks, errors and when a person should step in.

It started with a Visual Basic 6 book at thirteen. Since then, C#, Java, Python, and whatever a project needs — I adapt to new environments quickly and get comfortable fast.

I pair AI and RPA to take on complex administrative work — the slow, manual processes that quietly cost organizations the most. UiPath is a frequent tool of choice.

Robotics projects of my own: lidar navigation, sensors, motors and the code that coordinates them. I am drawn to everything that happens when software has to respond to the physical world.

ESP32 and ESP8266 are small programmable boards that connect sensors and devices to a network. I have used them in prototypes, projects such as iGrow and home automation with Home Assistant.

Hacking and reverse engineering help me understand how software is built. In bug bounty programmes, I look for security weaknesses within the programme’s rules and report what I find.

Every project is a set of parts that have to agree with each other. I spend most of my attention on how those parts connect, not just what each one does.

The CRM and ERP systems I build are, underneath, structured business data. Getting the model right is usually the difference between software that helps and software that gets in the way.

Enterprise applications and AI agents need somewhere reliable to run. I treat infrastructure as part of the build, not an afterthought bolted on at the end.

I build CRM and ERP applications around the way a business actually works. The point is a useful product: clear workflows, connected data and software people can rely on.

I've run an IT department and led research and development. I'm most useful turning a vague initiative into something concrete that ships and keeps running.

New tools arrive constantly, most of them overhyped. I evaluate them soberly and figure out which ones are actually worth putting to work.

Questions before we start
Guides
Do you only work with companies in Barcelona?
No. I’m based in Barcelona, but projects are delivered remotely. I can work with companies elsewhere in Spain, across Europe and in the United States. Before we start, we agree on shared hours for calls and reviews.
How does a remote project work?
The first conversation, demos, reviews and delivery happen online. Short calls cover the decisions that benefit from talking; shared documents and working builds keep the project moving between them.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, if it is necessary: we can meet in person in the Barcelona area. The work itself is done remotely, with visible progress and a written scope.
What do you need from me to start?
A description, in your own words, of what you want to build or improve. No technical brief, no wireframes. If you use particular tools, tell me which.
Which languages do you work in?
Spanish and Catalan. In English and German I understand everything and work in writing without difficulty; I have delivered projects for clients in both languages. Spoken, they come less naturally, so day to day works best through messages and documentation, with short video calls when needed.
How do you charge?
The first conversation and an agreed basic demo are free. The full project is quoted in writing, with no obligation to continue.
What kind of projects fit best?
Custom applications, business websites and automation of administrative processes, for small and medium businesses, professionals and new products. Projects that combine software and hardware too.
Is it better to hire an app development company or a freelance developer?
It depends on the size of the project. For a first version, an internal tool or an integration, an experienced freelancer gives you direct contact and less coordination cost. If you need ten people working at once, an agency is a better fit, and I will tell you so in the first conversation.
How quickly can we start?
After the first conversation you get a written summary with the scope and time frame. If a basic demo makes sense, it starts as soon as we have agreed the scope.
Do you also work with sole traders?
Yes. Many projects come from self-employed people and small teams. What matters is a clearly defined first step, not the size of the company.
