Questions before we start
Every project is quoted in writing after we agree the scope; there are no fixed packages. Accounts, payments and connections to other systems are the usual cost drivers. Recurring costs such as domain, hosting or maintenance are listed separately so you see them before deciding.
Does every automation need AI?
No. Many tasks work well with straightforward rules and connections between tools. I use AI when it helps, for example to interpret text or documents.
Can you work with the tools we already use?
We’ll check the options for connecting them, including your customer or business management software (CRM or ERP). You can describe the task before sharing any access.
How do we know if it is worth automating?
We compare the time spent on the task and the mistakes it causes with the cost of building and maintaining the automation. Starting with a small task helps assess the benefit.
What happens if something goes wrong?
We agree how errors are flagged and which steps need your approval. Testing and a way to review problems are part of the implementation.
Do you work with UiPath or other RPA tools?
Yes. I have used UiPath in administrative processes since 2021 and choose between RPA, integrations and AI depending on the task.
What does maintenance look like once it runs?
Tools change and automations need occasional adjustment. We agree before launch how errors are reported and what support you want afterwards.
Which tasks should a small business automate first?
The ones that repeat every week and follow rules: invoices and delivery notes, bank reconciliation, downloading reports, email or WhatsApp replies and reminders, and moving data between programs. We start with one and measure the time it saves.
Is UiPath worth it for a small business?
Sometimes. Its Community edition is free for small businesses and works for handling old programs without an API. When the systems already have a connection, a direct integration is usually cheaper and more stable; we decide after seeing how you do the task today.
